Uno se pregunta: ¿Qué es lo que nos permite conseguir empleo?, o ¿Qué es lo que nos hace mejores unos de otros en cuanto a la formación técnica?. La respuesta a mi parecer es otra pregunta: ¿Qué mas sabemos?.
Estoy completamente seguro que los ingenieros egresados de la UNAM, UAM, IPN, etc. tienen la misma capacidad para ejercer un trabajo, cualquiera sería capaz de diseñar un sistema que cumpla con requerimientos de grandes empresas y cualquiera de ellos podría manejar programas computacionales complejos,entre otras cosas. Pero como lo vimos en esta lectura, no solo necesitamos conocimientos técnicos, si no, formacion integral; algo que nos ayude a convivir, entender y comprender el mundo.
Aprender a convivir realmente resulta importante, pues en ningún lugar o trabajo estaremos solos, y siempre necesitaremos de alguien más o viceversa. En la lectura, todos los accidentes se dieron por 2 cosas
La primera fueron varias causas que separadas no generan problemas pero juntas desarrollaron la catastrofe.
Y la segunda fue que no hubo una correcta comunicación entre los pilotos.
Se pudo haber evitado todo esto si desde el principio se hubiera enseñado a comunicarse sin miedo, pienso, estas arriesgando tu vida y la de decenas de pasajeros y ¿Las vas a sacrificar por obedecer tus principíos de hablarle a tu jefe solo con sugerencias?
Por esto pienso que lo importante no es solo aprender acerca de tu carrera, sino una formación integral que permita desarrollarnos en cualquier entorno laboral sin temor y con el mejor desempeño.

La Matatena y Royal Club - Discografia
Bueno aqui les dejo un post con la discografia completa (o al menos eso creo) de estas 2 grandes bandas dentro de la escena del ska mexicano, ambas con una larga trayectoria. En realidad no se como este la historia pero tengo entendido que el fundador de La Royal Club fue alguna vez integrante de La Matatena, creo que incluso fue uno de sus fundadores, pero tiempo después por diferencias se separo de La Matatena y formó la Royal Club teniendo mucho éxito. (Si alguien sabe bien la historia seria genial que la compartieran).

Gorgoroth
Pues una muy buena banda de black metal Noruego!! siii del bueno, aunque como ya hemos puesto en otras otras entradas, igual hay en otros países de muy buena calidad las bandas black. Segun wikipedia:
es una banda noruega de black metal, forma parte de la escena TNBM (True Norwegian Black Metal, creada por grupos como Mayhem o Darkthrone). En su música pervive la crudeza del género musical al que pertenecen y son conocidos por sus convicciones satánicas y sus problemas con la ley.
Gorgoroth se forma en 1992 en Bergen (Noruega), por el guitarrista Infernus, el baterista Goat y el vocalista Hat (Odio, en noruego).

Ultrasonicas
En lo personal, las amo!! aunque no muchos saben apreciar el garage rock rupo de rock mexicano formado en 1996 en el Distrito Federal por Jenny Bombo (bateria) junto con Tere Farfissa (teclados) iniciaron la banda por la cual pasaron varios cantantes, guitarristas y bajeros hasta que llegaron Suzy Vox, Jessy Bulbo (bajo) y Ali Gua Gua (guitarra) con esta alineacion grabarian su primer cd "Yo fui una adolescente terrosatanica".

Judas Iscariot
Pues aunque no me gustan mucho las cosas de Estados Unidos, esta es una excepción, Una muy buena banda de black metal, formada en 1992 como proyecto de un solo hombre (Akhenaten (Andrew Harris)), pero después en el año 1999 se le une otro (Cryptic Winter (Duane Timlin)), aunque solo duraron hasta el 2002 e hicieron 6 álbumes de estudio.

Eluveitie
Pues esta es la mejor banda de folk-viking-death-melodic-metal que exista, asi que aqui info y discografía:
Eluveitie es un grupo de folk/celtic pagan metal originario de Suiza. El nombre de la banda significa "El helvético" en galo, y se pronuncia El-Vey-Ti. Fue formada en el año 2002 por Chrigel Glanzmann, con la idea de crear una banda basada en la cultura de la antigua Helvecia gala; incluso parte de algunas canciones están cantadas en galo antiguo. La música es característica por la presencia de intrumentos celtas clásicos como la zanfoña o la gaita sobre una base de death metal melódico.

Korpiklaani
La mayoría de los temas de Korpiklaani, se basan en el típico folk finés, pero con un toque de metal. Eso es lo que da el toque distintivo a Korpiklaani entre otras bandas de folk metal, quienes usualmente usan el folk como un impulso a partir del metal.
